Paying tribute to the city’s love of comfort food, we prepare this mouthwatering half chicken by whiskey-brining it, marinating it with kimchee and achiote, then frying it to crispy, golden perfection.
We offer Bayou’s Fried Chicken daily, served with biscuits and honey butter, spiced pecan slaw, and remoulade for USD $32. To kick off the weekend, guests can enjoy it every Friday between 11:00 am – 2:00 pm for just $18—best complemented by our signature Dr Pepper Old Fashioned.
